On recommande à 100%

The place is right in the city centre and the price is hard to beat, which is great if you just want to be close to everything. Unfortunately the bed felt like a wave‑shaped mattress and there were no curtains or blinds, so the room felt exposed. The ceiling is low, the room gets scorching hot during the day and turns chilly at night, making it a bit uncomfortable overall.

We really liked the Santiago – it was a friendly spot and super close to all the main attractions, so we enjoyed it a lot. The only downside was that the room didn’t have any curtains, so mornings were bright and not very private.

The host never got back to me, so I ended up cancelling the reservation and have nothing to report on the stay itself.

The location is convenient, but the fact that the building also houses a bar means it can get pretty noisy. The room wasn’t especially clean and the bathroom is separate and very basic, which detracted from the stay.
