The breakfast was great and the location was convenient, but the room was very small.
“Short and met the need. Would of ticked all the boxes if a friendlier approach.”
The location was really great. One staff member was very abrupt, treating everything as hard work when we asked. When we came down for breakfast she made it seem impossible to accommodate a table of seven, even though she was already catering to a group of 16. We offered to sit separately, but her tone was noticeably different toward us than toward other visitors and locals. I’m not sure why. The other lady from Manchester was nice and restored our faith.

The location was fantastic, just a few steps from the town center. The room was well furnished, small but cozy. Michelle was friendly and helpful. No complaints.
