The lock doesn’t work properly, the AC turns off automatically after 11:00 PM, and the staff are very rude. This place is supposedly family‑friendly but is not safe; anyone can see your room activity from outside because of the transparent glass over the gate.

I recently had a truly disappointing stay at this hotel, which was marred by a multitude of issues. The service I received was subpar, with staff behaving in a manner that was, at times, downright rude. My room and bathroom were in a state of disarray, with damaged fixtures and a general air of neglect. The hotel's lack of a lift facility meant I had to climb over 30 flights of stairs to access my room, which was a significant challenge.
