The staff were very kind, the cat was adorable, the room was spacious, and it’s close to Yonezawa Onsen Station. No negatives.

The hotel staff’s service was excellent. The toilet and shower were very clean, the room was tidy and quiet, and the route from the station was easy to follow. The entertaining visit with the tuxedo cat Tsubu-chan was fun (I also wanted to meet Shiro-chan). No particular complaints.

The front desk staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and the first‑floor common area was great. The only downside was that, being a capsule hotel, the snoring of the roommate at night really disrupted my sleep quality.
