The hotel is very close to the Mahbes bus stop, and reaching the Bab‑ı Ali stop was easy; from there you can walk through the welcome gate to the lower floor of the Kaaba, the circumambulation area. The rooms had no tea, coffee, or water.

The hotel’s location is near Alharam, and the staff were good. No other issues.

There was no one at the front desk, the staff seemed unqualified, and even with a reservation it was uncertain whether I would find my room upon arrival. I had to call the police to locate someone to help me. Bad experience. The staff were unqualified.
