The location was perfect, and the breakfast manager, David, was wonderful and took great care of us, offering helpful directions and finding places; nothing negative.

“No frills hotel run by the loveliest people”

It isn’t the Ritz, and it never claimed to be; you can’t beat the location or the lovely people who run it, and if I return to Jerusalem I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very kind and attentive, the bed was in a very good spot, there were plenty of shops right next door, it was in the very center, the breakfast was very good and plentiful—even though it was the same every day it was still fine, and we received a complimentary dinner one evening; they cleaned every day and gave us a new towel, there was a lift in the building, and the TV in the hall was big; the equipment was weak—no air‑conditioning or TV, even though the ad listed them.
