The hotel sits on a beautiful beach location where you can take lovely walks. We stayed in a comfortable sea‑view room and used the breakfast, dinner, and wellness facilities, all well maintained.

The hotel is in the dunes, close to the beach, about a 10‑minute bike ride from the village. The apartment we stayed in was the last one in the corridor, with a view toward the village—nothing special, but fine. The apartment was well equipped, and for the two nights we had everything we needed. The beds were wonderful, the dishwasher and Nespresso machine were very handy. We didn’t order breakfast at the hotel; we organized it ourselves with bread from the bakery and two supermarkets in the village. The reception was constantly busy but very friendly and helpful. Luggage could be loaded onto a hotel cart in Harlingen and vice versa, which was super convenient. Two minor issues: the roller blinds in the bedrooms didn’t work well, making it hard to let daylight in, and the aluminium strip on the microwave was loose, fell off initially, and couldn’t be re‑attached. It was looked at after we left.
