The location was great, just 200 m from the entrance, with a nice new water feature in the background and friendly staff. The bed was very hard and the pillows were really, really small, so I had to wear a sweater underneath. Cleanliness left something to be desired, and some items had already broken while other areas were being newly renovated.

We arrived late at night on the day of check‑in and the restaurant was already closed, but a staff member still managed to prepare something for us so we didn’t go to bed hungry :) The staff also helped us book the bus to Dalat. The room was clean and had a veranda that opened directly onto the river. However, there were a few ants in the room and bathroom, though not many. Coffee couldn’t be ordered directly in the hotel restaurant; we had to go to a small cottage next door, and it was served in plastic cups instead of glasses.
