Great central location, main sights within walking distance. Attentive staff who respond quickly to requests. I arrived late at night and ordered a transfer from the airport to the hotel – everything was clear and as agreed. Breakfast is tasty, food varied, the room is clean, Wi‑Fi works without complaints. The hotel is hard to find from the street, the reception is on the basement level, and the sign isn’t very noticeable. The room is small, the bed is right by the door, sound transmission is very good, and I woke up several times at night from corridor noise. Breakfast is served on the basement level next to the reception, so it’s noisy in the morning and food smells seep into the room. During the day, the electricity was cut off for a while. Unfortunately, a reception staff member let me down. I asked for help to call a taxi because my roaming app for calling taxis wasn’t working. I showed the address on my phone, but the employee entered it incorrectly in the app. As a result, I ended up 40 km from the intended location. In addition to the stress, I had to pay the driver again to get me where I needed to go. To avoid communication issues, I recommend buying an Armenian SIM card right at the airport: it’s cheap, fast internet, and you won’t have connection problems.

Very clean hotel, nice modern rooms, within walking distance of Northern Avenue, centrally located in Yerevan. The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need.

“Больше не вернусь”

I had a great breakfast with a wide selection, and the location was perfect right in the city centre, which is the only real plus of the hotel. But the place is basically a basement; even the so‑called first floor where our two rooms were was just a step above the reception and still felt like a basement. Light hardly entered the rooms, even if you open the curtains to see the street. The windows were partially covered with some kind of plywood or grille, which was awful. The stale smell and spiders followed. The bathroom had a new look, but the plumbing and the floor tiles didn’t make me want to wash. I booked two rooms a few days apart that were otherwise identical, yet the final price was almost double, which is an abnormal price‑setting for such low quality.
