Good location, but the facilities are old.

The room was quiet, but it’s right next to the intersection, making parking difficult; it’s only convenient if you’re using a motorbike.

The hotel is right in the center of Phan Rang, staff and security are enthusiastic and friendly, and there are plenty of power outlets in the room. The room price is reasonable, but they don’t provide bottled water. At check‑in the front desk told us there would be bottled water in the room, but it turned out to be only water from a tap that had to be paid for. The parking spot is at the corner of a traffic light, so cars always need the help of security guards to block traffic, which is a bit inconvenient.
