The hotel's proximity to the Haram was a major plus, with Uber rides costing only 10-15 SAR or the hotel's vehicles available right in front.

To be honest, I didn't experience anything positive or negative during my stay, but I suppose that's a good thing.
The hotel's location was lovely, and the staff were incredibly cooperative and helpful throughout my stay.
Friendly staff were very accommodating, but the location was hard to find when returning from the haram.
Unfortunately, the hotel's location was a major letdown for me, as it was not within walking distance from Masjid Nabawi, which was a major part of my trip. On the other hand, I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff, who were always willing to help.
