The food is good but pricey, the rooms were unclean, there were no bath towels or door mats, power kept cutting out, and overall it was very expensive; the fire alarm and evacuation drills were the only entertainment offered.

The place was clean, the food service excellent, the ambience calm, and the hospitality and amenities were outstanding.

The rooms were clean and roomy, but the hotel sits too far from the city and didn't feel like a premium Radisson property.

Overall the service was very good, but some hotel staff behaved poorly, which was disappointing and made me feel sad, similar to the Akdu type.

The place was reasonably safe and clean, and the price was very fair, but there was no fridge in the room, breakfast options were limited, and in‑room dining was nonexistent—no soda was offered.
