“Hayal kırıklığı”
The dinner option was bad, and I was told I could only eat the dinner in the closed indoor area, so I couldn't dine outside at the restaurant.
The structure is very beautiful, close to Alcudia and Formentor, with very large, well furnished and clean rooms, and the breakfast is excellent, but the greenery seemed somewhat neglected in some areas, and rather than a resort it feels more like a family holiday village.

La habitación olía mal, y no sabíamos de dónde procedia. La comida, era como un comedor de colegio público con poca financiación, además la comida en muchas ocasiones tenía una calidad pésima

The rooms are amazing, beautiful, and well equipped, and the adult swim area is fantastic!
The hotel grounds have great bike leasing (Huertzeler), a good breakfast and dinner with plenty of variety, a nice indoor 25m pool with swim lanes, and a beautiful park‑like area, but overall it was a bit dirty, especially our room which will be renovated soon (although old and dirty are very different things), and there were lots of ducks in the outdoor pools making them unsanitary and a little dirty; some staff were extremely helpful while others seemed annoyed and unfriendly.
