Don’t bother going there. The staff were unprofessional, double‑charged my credit card, and when I confronted them, the employee was rude and claimed I had made two reservations and checked in twice, which made no sense. They’ll have to see me in court if they don’t refund my money.

The place is spotless, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is excellent. The room is roomy and clean, and the layout of the property is easy to navigate. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

“A perfect , confit snake and welcoming place to stay if you need a bit of room and a nice atmosphere .”

The staff were wonderful, helpful, and very welcoming. We booked the 2‑bedroom suite while traveling from overseas with my son, who was heading to TJC for college soccer. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was fully equipped, and breakfast was provided every morning. From Monday to Wednesday evenings, drinks and light snacks or dinner created a lovely social atmosphere. My return flight was late, so I stayed until 3 pm, using the storage facility and spending time reading in the comfy lounge area. It’s the perfect spot for anyone needing accommodation in Tyler.
