“I will back”
The staff were excellent, the waterfall was great and the hot springs were enjoyable, but the route still needs repairs.
“Spectacular views and amazing tours”
Nice rooms and great service; the view from the hotel bar is amazing—just spend an evening there and it’s worth the visit. The full‑day activity package with horseback riding, hot springs, hanging bridges, a culture tour, lunch by the water, and zip‑lining beats any price I’ve seen in Costa Rica; every single tour is amazing. The hot springs are beautiful and everything shows attention to detail. The animals that “work” for the hotel are well taken care of, which matters to me as an animal lover. The staff are super attentive and friendly. There was nothing to dislike.
Schade!”
The view from the terrace while dining was fantastic. Overall the place was very remote, but the grounds were truly beautiful and spacious. The water slide was expensive but genuinely fun. The staff running the zip‑line were unfortunately very unfriendly, which was a shame. Even though there was almost nothing else happening, they were very hectic and you couldn’t really enjoy the experience. Only the photographer was very friendly. The individual offerings were very pricey.
Todo muy bien Paisajes, trato, habitación, comida
“Precioso lugar familiar”
