“genial”

We love this hotel – it’s in a great spot right next to the pedestrian street, with restaurants and shops close by, and it’s so fun that we come at least once a year! Nothing to complain about.

“Staff need basic education”

Breakfast offered plenty of vegetables, cheese, and fruit; the room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view. The staff were far below expectations: in the café you wait and then have to chase a waiter who, after 2–3 reminders, says they’re out of something or brings the wrong number of coffees. Waiting 1 h 5 min for one food plate, no toilet paper or brush in the bathroom, completely wet bedding after a change, and checkout taking more than 15 min with the receptionist leaving without a word midway.

The room’s view is stunning, which justifies the higher price. The room attendant and restaurant staff were very helpful, making it a pretty good hotel overall. However, the interior décor needs updating, a single luggage rack in the double room is insufficient, and there is no wardrobe—just an open niche with one shelf and 7–8 hangers.

“Central location. Friendly staff. Value for money.”

The place is in the middle of town and the staff were friendly.
