The view and central Baia location were great. I had a minor issue finding the light switches and plug points, and I struggled to get the coffee machine to work; a few simple instructions would help.

“Joli, neuf et belle déco”

Very clean. Everything was restored. The décor has a taste for beauty. The sea view from the common corner is lovely. The welcome was good. It feels more like a BnB than a hotel. There are three rooms and a small common area. The breakfast is minimal and taken from a mini‑bar downstairs. There's no real city center nearby—though the Roman baths are a 1‑minute walk.

“Disappointing”

The view from the common area is great, but we were very disappointed overall. When we arrived, finding the hotel was hard because there were no signs, and another couple had the same issue. There’s no reception, so you wait on the street for the owner to come out—about 20 minutes. Guests must take their trash to the village and food isn’t allowed in the room. The shared kitchen is unusable: no utensils, plates, or basic equipment, which is a big problem for guests who need to cook. The room is very small, with almost no space to hang towels or wet clothes, and the shower temperature was inconsistent.

The rooms are modern, clean, and the staff are really cool. You’re close to the beach and an archaeological site.

The building is clean, beautiful, and especially the view is amazing. Nothing else to complain about, everything is perfect.
