“It was terrible”
The location was good, yet not all outlets and lights worked, the TV remote was useless, the fridge smelled like rotten food, and the bathtub dripped all night long.

Breakfast was fine, but the bathroom was in bad shape and the floor in room 210 was dirty.

Service was great, but another guest was rude and loud.

The location was exactly what we needed, but the place was not clean—bathroom corners and floors, room corners, hallways, and staircases all needed better upkeep.
