Staff were excellent. M9ved us to a ready room as we had landed very early. Some areas could have a bit more attention to the cleaning. Such as bathroom sinks, dusting in living area by windows

“Great place good location.”

The location was great, and it was convenient to cook in the room instead of going out. The carpets on the landings were filthy and need a thorough clean, but that won’t stop me from staying again.

The location is close to the city centre and public transport. The apartment is well equipped, and the pool and spa area are nice, with helpful staff when asked. The sauna could use more loungers and a higher temperature. The indoor pool was not clean – there was trash and dirt on the floor – and the two outdoor pools were similarly dirty.

Finding the place from Spencer St station was a breeze; it offered two full bathrooms, rooms for two couples, and ample space with solid amenities. The fridge, however, stayed warm even on the coldest setting.
