The stay was good, staff and people were helpful, and the room was decent enough, though the bathroom fixtures need a bit of fixing and improvement.

I was happy that the hotel sits right next to the Ghats, but everything else was just disappointing.
“Close to Assi Ghat good manager and staff!”
The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to keep me happy, and any shortcomings were quickly fixed, which is a refreshing change from most places.
Rahman, our host, was so lovely; he helped with everything we needed—adapters, boat trips, taxis—and even took me to the ghat late at night on my first night when I was nervous to go alone, so nothing was a problem.
