The setting and comfort were good, the modern space was clean, and it was incredibly quiet despite the busy road, but the toilet was loose and unhinged, the shower hose leaked and lowered the water pressure, and the heating was uneven—cold at night and hot during the day.

The location was very central and the on-site security kept the hotel quiet, but the walls between bathrooms were thin so I could hear neighbors showering, and the privacy curtain on the window was broken and hard to lower.

Any negative outcome was purely my own fault unfortunately I am disabled so very slow I accidentally could not make it into my room in time toileting. Before this I was 100% proud to give the hotel a massive 10 stars. I have worked for the Dorchester group of hotels in the past and my best friend of 21 years is the ops director of the Beverly Hills hotel, apart from my own shirt falling I would recommend #9 to everyone. Nothing, everything excellent , only negative was my own failings with disability and had drank too much that night

The hotel sits perfectly in the center of everything we wanted to visit and it was surprisingly quiet.
