Location was okay. I arrived at 1230pm and had two rooms but had to wait past 3pm to get a room. One representative said that they can give one room at least and asked to wait for 5 mins but they gave rooms to other guests who were checking in but made me wait till 330pm. One room did not have WiFi connection and other one had water clogging in bathroom

The spot in Schwabing is good. The reception, breakfast, and bar were helpful and always reachable. However, basic services like room cleaning had to be paid extra, which I’d expect for a four‑star hotel. Even if I don’t use it daily, it’s normal to get it when I go to the hotel. Otherwise I might just book a Bed and Breakfast.

A clean business hotel of average quality. Breakfast was good, the value for money was solid, and the location had good public transport links. The parking garage’s price‑to‑quality ratio was disappointing.

Hotelul arată bine, camera a fost curată,contrar recenziilor citite înainte, personal amabil,locație bună aproape de transportul în comun și de un centru comercial, zonă liniștita. Check in este doar de la ora 15,din camere lipsesc facilități de 4 stele( telefon,minibar/frigider,papuci, etc. Ar trebui mai multă atenție la unele detalii(uși,pereți,geamuri murdare) Prețul cam mare pentru ceea ce oferă efectiv dar pentru câteva nopți este o opțiune destul de bună în Munchen
