“Sehr schöne, ruhige Umgebung”
The location, the cleanliness, and the very good organization.

It felt like staying in a camping bungalow, but inside a house. Very fair.
I didn’t like that the app only shows very pretty rooms, while the attic rooms never appear in the photos. I came expecting to get a room similar to the one in the pictures, but the reality was completely different. The room didn’t resemble the one shown in the app, the floor creaked, and the bathroom water drained very slowly.
“Slab”
The location was decent, close to the city, but our stay at Casa Conti was very disappointing, mainly because of the room and bathroom conditions. The bathroom clearly needs a full renovation; the shower stall was in a terrible state with black spots and a lot of mold, and the water didn’t drain properly. The toilet lid was old and damaged, and overall the bathroom did not feel clean or well maintained at all. Another major issue was the persistent bad smell in the room. Every time we entered, a very foul odor lingered, and even when we kept the windows open all day to ventilate, the smell didn’t go away. These problems, especially the mold in the bathroom and the lingering odor, need urgent attention. The accommodation conditions were far below our expectations.
I booked the Deluxe Apartment (room 5), which is very spacious, with a TV, portable air conditioning, Wi‑Fi, a large bathroom that has a washing machine, a hair dryer and a clothes dryer, an iron, a large kitchen equipped with a fridge, a stove, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Everything is extremely clean! The host is very friendly and responsive. We’ll gladly return.
