“Very good”
The hotel was very clean and quiet, but the bed felt a bit hard.
“All in all we had a good time! Just a little pricey for good and not great”
The location was good, the bed was comfortable, and the cleaning staff were awesome. However, the front desk had two women; one was great, but the other kept interrupting her to help with her work, which felt rude. Our room had some crumbs around the coffee pot area.

The front‑desk staff at check‑in were rude and unprofessional, the TV didn’t work for half the stay, and there was no ice on every floor. See above.
The fire alarm kept going off.
The hotel is beautiful and clean. I didn’t like that the night‑shift staff tried to fix our reservation and ended up canceling one night, but the day‑shift staff resolved everything and everything turned out great.
