Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff; the room needs better soundproofing.

The location is a plus, but getting there is challenging if you’re not used to driving in European cities.

The location is excellent and the staff were great, keeping us posted via WhatsApp. The breakfast staff were not friendly, but the reception staff were very friendly, helpful, and smiling, making us feel very comfortable.

The spot is great, and the balcony room even has a Giulietta statue. Breakfast was pretty good. The room was roomy and the bed was super comfy. Even though it’s in a very central area, it’s on a quiet street. I’ll book here again when I go back to Verona.
