The place is amazing and charming; it’s hard not to fall in love. Everything is good, magnificent, excellent for those who enjoy tranquility and comfort. I’d give it a 1000 for lovers because the place is incredible. An unforgettable experience. I can’t answer that question because I have no negative points about this stay.

The staff were very friendly, the location was good, and the breakfast was nice with a beautiful mountain view. However, the cleaning was lacking, the bed linens looked dirty and hadn’t been changed, there was a lot of dirt under the bed, the photos made it seem like a better hotel, and the bed was too small for a couple.

The lodge was really good, with a spacious and comfortable room and a nice breakfast. The setting felt cozy, parking was ample, and the staff were very courteous. The bathroom facilities fell short, needing some fixes like a window and a toilet, and these small issues didn't match the room's quality. Once those are addressed, there would be nothing else to complain about.
