I was impressed by the convenient spot—close to everything and not too noisy. The staff were genuinely kind, treating me like family and arranging a doctor for my injury; I’d highly recommend this place!

We stayed at a truly beautiful, clean, calm, and cosy hotel. The host was extremely friendly and went out of her way to keep us comfortable. My wife loved how spotless the room was. After visiting seven sites across Vietnam, only this and the 5‑star hotel in Da Nang matched that level of cleanliness. The room had everything we needed: a fridge, silent air conditioning, and a fast water heater. It offers the best price/value in all of Ninh Binh. I appreciate that it’s a family business and want to support them.

This place is a real gem—spotlessly clean, with a spacious room and bathroom, great air conditioning, and a stunning view. The location is central yet quiet. The owner is simply wonderful, making you feel at home, and the nearby family restaurant is a bonus. I’ll return if I’m back in Tam Coc and wish the family all the best!

“Great value place with nice, clean rooms.”

Very good value; clean and spacious rooms. It’s a bit further out of town than other hotels but it’s quiet— nothing negative.
