“A little aggravated by no pool, but mostly agitated by the cleaning lady.”

The room was clean and the location suited my needs; I appreciated the complimentary water at check‑in. The pool was out of service. Most notably, the cleaning lady knocked loudly on our door at 9:30, asking when we would be checking out, even though the front desk had told us the night before that check‑out was at noon. It was a good thing we were already awake or she would have woken us; it was very rude and seemed to prioritize her cleaning schedule over our comfort.
