We loved how quiet the place was; the hotel is gorgeous with its pastoral garden, and the breakfast was a royal affair served at the table by the owner. It was a timeless pause to recharge, a must‑see, Sonia & Phil. The sink in the shower room was very cramped.

The location is gorgeous in the middle of the woods, the room was spacious, the lady at the hotel was very friendly, the beds were comfortable yet soft, and the bathroom was roomy with two sinks, a separate shower and a tub, which was very nice. Breakfast was neatly arranged with plenty of choices and good products. At check‑in no one was present; after calling she arrived after 10 minutes and we could enter the room. Everything felt a bit dated, the shower door was almost impossible to open, there was no outlet near the coffee machine, and no new coffee pods were provided for the second day.

The place was completely secluded, offering absolute calm and stunning scenery. The only downside was that the advertised view of the pond turned out to be nothing at all.
