We really liked the hotel! Its convenient location in a quiet, peaceful spot made us feel at home. The place was clean, fresh, cozy, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were simply wonderful—everyone was friendly and kind! I especially want to thank Amaliya at reception; she was very pleasant, sweet, and helpful. When we had trouble calling a taxi, she kindly assisted us, for which she deserves a special thank you! Overall, we left with only the most pleasant impressions and would gladly return. The only disappointment was the breakfast: the selection was quite limited, and during our week-long stay I almost had the same breakfast every day—boiled eggs, cucumbers, and tomatoes. There seemed to be something on the table, but there was nothing much to choose from. I would have liked a bit more variety, especially simple hot dishes, so everyone could find something to their taste. That is probably the only thing I would like to see improved.
