Stafnya ramah pelayanan sangat bagus.kamarnya lumayan bersih. Fasilitas tv tidak ada gambarnya hanya suara aja,tidak ada sabun tidak ada air panas buat bikin kopi,,mohon di perbaiki
Nothing. Dirty, small bathroom and toilet not working. Toilet door broken, curtains broken, TV didn't work.no remote Dirty towels and small very thin blanket. Red Doorz should re consider if they want to support this property
Lokasinya bagus, mudah dicapai, deket tempat wisata. Kamar mandi terlalu sempit

Has a swimming pool on site - not used, green, half empty so not nice to see. Kitchen area is a motorcycle park. Reddoorz should reconsider supporting this hotel
I loved the location, it's super close to wisata situgunung and the price was really affordable. However, the hotel itself was a bit of a disaster - it was dirty and didn't seem well maintained, like it had been abandoned for years. For the price, I guess it's not surprising, but still a bit disappointing.
