“Pésima”
We never heard back from anyone after reaching out, which came across as completely disrespectful. There was no positive side to mention.
“Terrible experience — avoid if possible”
I booked this place ahead of time, but when I got there it was closed. They sent me to Hotel Parque Central, where my reservation didn’t exist at all. The front desk was clueless, no system, no rooms, and they just told us to stay in single rooms until the next day. We left and found another hotel—total chaos and a huge headache.
We had the whole place to ourselves for one of the two nights, and the terrace and sheer size were fantastic, plus the location couldn’t be more perfect. The kitchen, however, was missing basic equipment and there was no staff on site; we ended up waiting two hours in the rain for anyone to answer us.
The listing turned out to be a fake – the place doesn’t exist at all, so it was a total scam.

The parking is manual – you have to open and close the gate yourself – not a huge problem, but an electric gate or someone to help would be nicer.
