If the hotel had proper cups and toiletries in the rooms, it could be considered a 4‑star; the food was excellent, the facilities were great, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic. The Mexican night food was far too salty, the lift could be slow, I love my morning coffee but it wasn’t served in a paper cup.
