Nothing,. I have booked the room and after that I got confirmation that the room is booked. When I reached there the person said the room is not available you have to take an upgraded room where I have paid an extra amount. So tell me whose fault this is. On the basis of your company if this thing will come out then definitely people will look for other options. My question is who is going to be responsible for paying the extra amount

My recent stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was met with arrogance and a lack of understanding from the owner when I arrived. The hotel seemed to be overbooked, and I was told to find another place to stay. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would advise others to think twice before booking here.

“Still now good for stay but room service and supporting staff is badly needed”

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be clean and well-decorated, with an excellent bathroom. However, I was surprised to find that there was no room service available, and I had to venture outside to purchase essentials like water and tea. This lack of support staff and basic amenities made my stay feel somewhat inconvenient, and I think it's an area the hotel could improve on.
