The location is absolutely perfect, and the service is always top-notch.
The view from our room was truly exceptional, it was like having our own private paradise.
The staff are also super friendly, from the hotel reception to the kayak rental crew, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome.
The pool is also really nice, with lots of lounge chairs.

The view was great.
The location is spot-on, close to everything! The hotel could use some updates; the fixtures are maintained but show wear.
“Disappointed. Nothing like the photos”
There was no breakfast, the room was dirty with dirt on the chairs, the electrical outlets were unscrewed, and everything felt very outdated. Cleanliness was lacking, free parking was available for guests, but the rooms need updating and all outlets should be checked.

The place sits right in the middle of all the action and eateries, and the bay view is stunning; the front desk team were fantastic. The building feels old but still clean, though the bathroom corners were grimy and we had to wait until the next day for washcloths and face towels. The mattresses and pillows are in need of an upgrade—pillows are lumpy and the mattress sags where you lie. The carpet was tidy and the room had a clean scent. The air conditioner ran well but was noisy and dated. For the price we paid, I’ll be staying at the Hyatt down the street next time.
