“Extremely Disappointing — Nothing Luxury About This Property. Do Not Be Misled by the Photos or Ratings.”

Nothing. This property was completely misrepresented by its photos, ratings, and the use of the word “luxury” in its listing . Our experience was beyond disappointing, and I would strongly caution others against booking this property. The moment we stepped inside, we were hit with an overwhelming smell of mold and mustiness that was unbearable. The condition of the property was appalling. The sheets were stained, and the host had a “friend” come to change them at 8 p.m. while we were still there. The shower and air vent were visibly covered in mold and dirt. The walls and baseboards were heavily scuffed and looked run-down, the furniture was grimy and stained, and there was even a leak in the ceiling with water dripping down. After a long day of traveling, all we wanted was a clean, comfortable place to relax. Instead, we were faced with an environment that felt dirty, neglected, and completely unacceptable. The smell alone was enough to make us uncomfortable, and the overall condition of the property made it impossible for us to feel at ease. We ultimately could not stay and had to book alternative accommodations at 10 p.m. that night, which added unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and expense to our trip. To make matters worse, after we sent the host photos documenting the condition of the property and explained our concerns, the host refused to issue a full refund. Given the state of the accommodation and the fact that we were unable to stay there, this response was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I genuinely do not understand how this property maintains such a high rating . Based on our experience, the listing did not remotely reflect the reality of the accommodation. Calling this place “luxury” is extremely misleading. We felt completely catfished by the listing, and what was advertised as a luxury stay turned into a stressful late-night scramble to find somewhere else to sleep

“Für den Preis und die Aussicht auf das Meer würde ich wieder buchen!”

Super Lage, direkt am Meer, schöne Cafés in der Nähe und direkt ein Supermarkt unter der Unterkunft. Schnelle Autoanbindung nach Split, Padelclub 3 min entfernt. Wahnsinnig schöner Balkon mit Blick über das Meer, Kühlschrank, der Gastgeber reagierte schnell auf Nachrichten via WhatsApp. Kaputter Schrank, sehr, sehr hellhörige Wände, wir konnten Nachts teilweise nicht schlafen, weil andere Leute laut geredet haben oder den Fernseher laufen ließen, der Raumservice hat nur teilweise funktioniert und es hat oft sehr nach Essen gerochen im Flur und im Zimmer

“Gute Lage gute Ausstattung tolle Aussicht”

Super Lage Gute Ausstattung. Parkplatz musste man Glück haben Das war so nicht vorhersehbar. Whirlpool war leider nicht sauber. Allerdings habe ich das zu spät gemeldet. Sonst wäre wohl nachgebessert worden
