“PARFAIT!!”
Everything went smoothly; the staff were incredibly kind and the accommodation was ideal if you want a bit of distance from the main street, plus a lot of services were available.
The location, the view, the arrival and departure transfer by the hotel boat, and the quietness (no background music) were all great. I didn’t know there was a structural electrical issue on the island that forced us to use the generator once, but the hotel’s new, recessed unit minimized the hassle, so it’s good to know.

The place is right where you want to be, but the room itself left a lot to be desired. The window wouldn’t stay shut, the shower was lukewarm and barely had any pressure, and both the in‑room and outdoor jacuzzis were cold. On top of that, the hotel felt pretty crowded.

The location, the French‑speaking staff, the spacious room, hot shower water, and the boat that takes you to and from the port at arrival and departure were all positives. The jacuzzi wasn’t hot enough, there was a lack of communication (the restaurant was closed and not advertised), and no staff were at reception before 9 am or after 5 pm; the massage area was open next to reception where everyone could see you getting a massage, so we didn’t get one.

Everything was flawless! The welcome was extremely kind, the accommodation was impeccable, and the meals were excellent. The organization was perfect, making it an unforgettable experience on Ilha Grande—thanks again for everything!
