Loved the towel warmer in the bathroom. The location was perfect for our family. The staff were excellent and very informative. Overall the stay was wonderful.

…very good base to explore the city…everything was spotless clean…the historic elevator was a highlight…comforting air conditioning…breakfast 2 doors up was delicious and at a very fun and cool place…and Harry who doubles as the receptionist and a concierge was simply brilliant…kind, informative, helpful and just a cool guy to have a talk with…thanks Harry!…

The room was definitely clean and the location couldn’t be better for getting around Rome; the front‑desk staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast crew were also very pleasant and kind. The wiring was unreliable at times, with the lights cutting out, and we had to ask for shower caps, which I expected to be provided automatically at a four‑star property. I also thought the breakfast could have been a bit richer for a four‑star hotel.
