I wasn’t staying at this inn, so I couldn’t finish the reservation because there was no refund.

A scam! How can they run a fake accommodation? They’ve already victimised several people and I’ve reported it.

The original property wasn’t available for personal reasons, so they redirected us to another nearby location where we could stay; the reception was great and we were treated very well, the room was comfortable and we had plenty of privacy, but I couldn’t use the pool because it was only open right before my trip ended.

We couldn’t stay at all. The reservation was accepted and everything was set for check‑in through the platform, but when my family and I arrived the gate wouldn’t open. After about an hour they replied that the place was full and the reservation couldn’t be honored—a real lack of respect.
