I loved how modern, clean and comfortable everything was, but the terrace wasn’t private – other guests could walk onto it.

The location was great and the breakfast was excellent. If I remember correctly, the woman at breakfast (Matilde?) was very friendly and cheerful. The way we accessed the room was a bit bad.

The location was nice and close to the pedestrian area of Sorrento. The room was spacious and clean with a nice shower. The breakfast and the ladies who handled the reception/breakfast/cleaning were excellent. On the day we left, we accidentally left some items in the closet, and the staff notified us immediately, then met my husband at the door when he raced from the ferry terminal in a taxi. Thanks to them, we made our ferry without leaving anything behind!
