The property is no longer managed by BOOKING, and BOOKING hasn’t removed it from the platform yet; I paid in advance and now I must request a refund. The mistake is BOOKING’s fault.

Nothing positive. The accommodation cancelled my stay at 10:30 pm the night before I was supposed to arrive! Completely untrustworthy—stay elsewhere.

Nothing positive—upon arrival at the apartment building we were told we could not stay. The concierge explained that the renter had been subletting and no longer had a tenancy, so we were forced to find another place. This was the second occurrence in the same week, making it a very stressful experience and the worst service I’ve ever encountered.

We were left stranded when the host cancelled our booking that morning, claiming the house had been sold, which was a huge disappointment because we’d flown into London for a concert and had nowhere to stay.
