Close to the centre, everything perfect. In the morning, footsteps and noise from the apartment above could be heard.

Very central, hassle‑free check‑in/out. One night was tip‑top. It was fairly cold at night without a “proper” blanket.

The apartment sits very centrally in the Old Town, near the harbour, restaurants and the route to the city centre. We had two rooms, each with a balcony and the beds were also very comfortable. We paid an extra 10 euros each for breakfast, which is served at a sister property very nearby. A continental buffet‑type affair; you would be hard‑pressed to get such varied options for the price. Well worth it. Would absolutely stay again when we visit Chania. We had no complaints. If you want the Hilton‑type experience then perhaps you should stay in the Hilton. But if you are a traveller who appreciates clean, comfortable and convenient accommodations then this would be a very decent choice. Elia has many accommodations in Crete. I’ve stayed in 3 or 4. All were very good.

Spotlessly clean and absolutely wonderful breakfast. Dropped water in when it rained, very quiet and the soap smelled a bit strange.

“Echte Enttäuschung”

I arrived to a bad smell in room 201, and then a moldy odor in room 101, and both rooms had cockroaches, so we had to cut the stay short. Only after persistent insistence did the staff offer a solution in another Elia Group hotel for the second night.
