Gonçalo, the owner, is awesome! The room, shuttle service, and location are exactly what I needed. The décor is nice and it feels very secure. It was all good.

The room was clean and organized. First, they charged me a €12 fee for arriving after 22:00, which wasn’t mentioned in the booking. The bathroom was dirty and the light stays on for only 2 s; I had to keep waving my arms to keep it lit. The room was hot, had no fan, and I couldn’t open the window because it’s a shared balcony, so I died of heat ♨️.

The hotel is close to the airport and a metro station. The staff were attentive to our requests and managed to welcome us outside of opening hours. The room is small and poorly insulated.

The location is good; the train station is across from the hotel and there are coffee shops around the area. It’s a very noisy spot with traffic late at night, the room was supposed to have a fan but didn’t, so it was hot and uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom lights were on a motion timer and kept shutting off every 30 seconds, making it hard to shave in the dark.
