The location is fantastic—close to shops, public transport, and not far from the city. The room was very clean and secure, and I slept soundly on the comfortable beds. Shower water pressure was great, and the combo shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser was a nice touch. My grandkids adored the slide into the pool, while I relaxed in the spa under their watch. The staff were friendly, approachable, and helpful. The motel offered great value, and I’ll consider staying again when I visit Townsville.

The staff were friendly, but the sheets were dirty, the floor unclean, and the floors left dirty feet. The fridge had old food, the hot water tap in the shower was broken, the shower towel rack was broken, and a cupboard in the kitchen was broken. The room was dusty, and we all ended up with sinus issues.
