The restaurant’s wait times were brutal: you’d sit for 10‑15 minutes before even being seated, then another 5 minutes for the waiter to take your order, another 5 minutes just to get drinks, and then a 20‑minute wait for the food—by the time breakfast was finished, it was almost lunch.
