The location isn’t far from the center—about a 20‑minute walk—and they answered our questions promptly when we contacted them, but our room was not clean, especially the floor, which looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a long time, and there was a lot of dust on the fans, as shown in the attached photo.

The entrance and exit are easy to navigate, and the owner is friendly and treats guests well. The location is far from the city center, so you’ll need to use transportation for almost everything.

The staff are very pleasant, the place is clean and comfortable. There’s a vending machine in the hallway where you can buy snacks and water, and the front desk provides maps and attraction info. The only downside is the location; the street is quite noisy, getting to the center takes about half an hour, and the buses are infrequent.
