It’s a short walk to the metro and sits right in the middle of the city, so location-wise it’s solid.
The room was modern, spacious and offered a great city view – they even upgraded us to a window room for free, which was a nice surprise.
the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, which made my time in Chengdu genuinely pleasant.
The rooms had a projector and touch‑controlled mirrors, and the hallway was just amazing.

The staff were very friendly, my room was even upgraded at no extra cost and I got a large, comfortable, clean room. The only downside was that sometimes the elevator took a long time to arrive.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, my husband unfortunately developed an allergic reaction in the room, and getting into the room during rush hour was difficult because the elevators were crowded. The towels also smelled; they should be washed in hotter water.
The front desk staff were extremely helpful with my booking and Taibao issues. The hotel was fully booked when I stayed, and people were constantly moving down the hallway, slamming doors all night.
