I wasn’t greeted because my reservation wasn’t listed, and the terrible communication was unavoidable.

The price was reasonable, yet the first employee was empathetic and helpful, while the second wasn’t. I left a piece of clothing and called back to ask for it to be mailed; I said I’d pay for shipping, but no one replied. If I want it picked up, it will just stay stored. The stairs made it tough for someone with limited mobility.

The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was delicious – a real treat to start the day. The hotel sits right in the middle of everything, so getting around was a breeze. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

Location is spot on – just a short walk to shops and restaurants. The coffee could use a little more flavor, and the bathroom sink was a bit grimy. Hangers were broken, so I had no place to hang my clothes, and the night staff seemed a bit unhelpful.
