“A perfect B&B set in the countryside very near to the Orvietto old city.”

We loved everything about this B&B! The owners are friendly and very helpful, working hard to ensure a pleasant stay, which we had. The room was very clean and thoughtfully furnished, and the bed was very comfortable. The wifi and internet connection were excellent. A highlight was the breakfast with fresh eggs and fruit grown on the property. The estate has olive trees, grapes, and fruit trees, giving it a true “country” feel, yet it’s a short drive to Orvieto’s old town. Overall, a fantastic choice!

“Caselpiano was truly a highlight in our trip to Italy this year.”

Our hosts Serena and Simone were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, quickly offering great tips on local restaurants and sights. The room was spacious, clean, and bright, with a very comfortable king‑size bed. Breakfast was a daily treat, featuring homemade goods, jams, coffee, and eggs from the Caselpianos flock made to order. The site provided a peaceful, natural setting close to Orvieto, and we were very pleased with our stay and look forward to returning. The only complaint would be to improve the motion‑detect lighting in the hallway; it worked well when entering the room but was a bit jarring and disruptive when getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom.

Everything was perfect. The hosts, Serena & Simone, were friendly and gave excellent recommendations, and the breakfasts were amazing. The room felt modern while the setting stayed traditional. It’s well positioned close to Centro Orvieto, and everything else was flawless.

We arrived on a friend's recommendation and saw the glowing reviews. Serena was a wonderful host; when we were late she asked if everything was okay and how we were getting along. She offered tips and explanations for the trip. Five minutes from Orvieto. The experience was great, with breakfast made from local products, most of which grew on the farm. We had a fantastic time!
