I stayed in room 3.2, the check‑in was very convenient, and the common kitchen has a microwave, kettle, coffee, and cookies. There’s a minimal set of dishes on site, two fridges (one with a freezer), and the room has everything needed. The mattress is excellent and any questions were answered right away. The bathroom door was a bit heavy to close, but that didn’t bother me as a man. The air conditioner needs cleaning, the vent cover doesn’t work, the shower head is slightly clogged and needs cleaning, and the furniture (dryer and shelf) is wobbly and needs tightening.

The location is great and the price is reasonable, but it’s close to a kindergarten, so there’s a bit of noise from 8:00 am on weekdays, nothing serious.

The front‑desk lady who greeted me on arrival and said goodbye was absolutely fantastic—extremely helpful and polite, and we even had a pleasant chat before I left. The room itself was basic but had everything you’d need for a stay in Bangkok: clean, with a bed and a shower—what more could you want? The location was great for walking to Chinatown, Wat Arun and the Grand Palace. A 7‑11 and a self‑service laundromat were just around the corner, which was super convenient. It was a lovely, quiet spot with almost no traffic passing by.
